This editorial campaign for @zbiotics was a visual tribute to strength, character, and authenticity.
I had the honor of photographing @maggie.steffens — a 4x Olympian, 3x gold medalist, entrepreneur, mentor, daughter, wife, friend, and dog mom.

Beyond her accolades, Maggie carries a magnetic presence. Her charisma is disarming, uplifting. She connected effortlessly with every member of the crew and inspired everyone on set — especially the young girls watching her from the sidelines, eyes full of dreams.

The creative direction focused on cinematic portraiture: close-up shots, controlled lighting, soft tones, and the texture of water as a living element. The setting was refined and minimal — a quiet pool turned into a stage.

The goal was to capture not only the elegance of an elite athlete, but also the humanity behind her power.

This project blends the final images with behind-the-scenes moments, offering a glimpse into the spirit of the shoot.
